Key Responsibilities:

As a Construction Estimator/Project Manager, you will oversee all facets of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing all aspects of project management, including planning, coordination, budgeting, and evaluation.
2. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
3. Ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
4. Developing project scopes and objectives, engaging relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
5. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
6. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and construction regulations.
7. Coordinating with government clients on project requirements.
8. Preparing and presenting project progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estimator or Project Manager in the construction sector.
2. Extensive experience with government projects and familiarity with relevant guidelines.
3. Significant experience in ground-up construction initiatives.
4. Strong project management and leadership skills.
5. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and legal requirements.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Willingness to travel as necessary.
8. Proficiency in project management software and related applications.
9. A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
