Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator/Project Manager to oversee federal sector projects. This role involves managing all phases of construction initiatives, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all facets of construction project oversight, including planning, coordination, budgeting, and evaluation.
  2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
  3. Ensure project delivery aligns with timelines, scope, and budget.
  4. Develop project scopes and objectives, engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  5. Maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
  6. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and construction regulations.
  7. Coordinate with government clients on project requirements.
  8. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.


Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:
  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estimator or Project Manager in the construction sector.
  2. Experience working with government entities and familiarity with their guidelines.
  3. Proven experience in ground-up construction projects.
  4. Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
  5. Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and legal requirements.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Willingness to travel as necessary.
  8. Proficiency in project management software and relevant applications.
  9. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
