Key Responsibilities:
As a Construction Estimator/Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing comprehensive project management tasks, including planning, coordination, budgeting, and evaluation.
2. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.
3. Delivering projects on schedule, within scope, and budget constraints.

5. Maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estimator or Project Manager in the construction field.
2. Extensive experience working with government projects and familiarity with relevant guidelines.
3. Proven experience in ground-up construction initiatives.
4. Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
5. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and legal standards.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Willingness to travel as necessary.
8. Proficiency in project management software and related applications.
9. A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
