William H Hunter Recruiting is seeking a skilled Construction Project Engineer with experience in Federal Government projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Project Managers to identify, process, and document submittals necessary for construction initiatives.
2. Under the guidance of Project Managers, create subcontract documentation for processing and execution.
3. Support additional documentation needs related to construction projects.
4. Assist in compiling lists of subcontractors for bidding opportunities and provide support throughout the bidding process.
5. Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes for documentation.
Qualifications:
1. A degree in Construction Management is preferred.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Ground Up Construction is required.
3. Experience with Federal Government Construction Projects is advantageous.
