Position Overview:
This role requires close collaboration with Project Managers to manage vital documentation for various construction initiatives. The selected candidate will be instrumental in supporting project execution from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside Project Managers to identify, process, and document necessary submissions for construction projects.
  • Assist in developing and managing subcontract documents under the direction of Project Managers.
  • Support other documentation needs related to construction projects.
  • Help compile lists of subcontractors for bidding opportunities and provide assistance during the bidding process.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes.
  • Monitor project progress, including schedules, ongoing work, RFIs, punch lists, etc.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, building owners, mechanical contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate and schedule the delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Oversee and document job site safety protocols.
  • Assist with project closeout procedures.
  • Be flexible to work outside regular hours, including weekends, when necessary.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the construction sector.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, BlueBeam, and MS Project.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn various facets of the construction industry.
