Job Title: Fire Protection Sales Representative

Western States Fire Protection is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire Protection Sales Representative to join our team. As a Fire Protection Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling fire suppression systems, inspections, and other related services to commercial, industrial, hospitality, and healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish contact with prospective and qualified potential buyers of fire suppression systems, inspections, and other related services.
  • Determine customer needs by conducting site surveys and communicate effectively to educate the customer about Western States Fire Protection capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog to support the established sales plan.
  • Develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships to ensure Western States Fire Protection meets or exceeds their expectations of a long-term partner.
  • Support other Western States Fire Protection teams in their initiatives as they relate to your territory.
  • Meet the key objectives of the annual commission plan.
Requirements:
  • Three to five years of experience in the fire protection industry.
  • Viable local relationships with General Contractors.
  • Strong prospecting skills.
  • Proven ability to close.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Must be able to pass a post-offer drug test, background, and reference check.
