Director of Rewards and Benefits

As the Director of Total Rewards, you will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategy and ensuring that our total rewards programs align with our business objectives.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Designing, implementing, and managing the organization's total rewards strategy
- Developing and communicating a total rewards strategy that includes compensation, benefits, retirement plans, payroll administration, and other employee programs
- Leading and transforming the HR organization, including building a high-performing team and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Overseeing HR budget and resources, including determining how money will be spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures
- Staying ahead of HR trends, technologies, and best practices, positioning the organization as a leader in HR
- Communicating HR vision and impact to internal and external stakeholders, building credibility and trust
- Championing a culture of inclusion and belonging, promoting member engagement, sustainability, and continuous improvement
The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and comparable positions in the area of Holland, MI. Additionally, the company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including Company provided Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability & Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement program, and more.
