Job Summary

We are seeking a Director of Total Rewards to join our team at Haworth, Inc. in Holland, MI.

About the Role

The Director of Total Rewards will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's total rewards strategy, ensuring it aligns with strategic goals while remaining competitive and compliant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a total rewards strategy that includes compensation, benefits, retirement plans, payroll administration, and other employee programs.
  • Lead and transform the HR organization by building a high-performing team and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Oversee HR budget and resources, ensuring resources are allocated strategically to support HR initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of HR trends and technologies, positioning the organization as a leader in HR.
  • Effectively communicate the HR vision, strategy, and impact to internal and external stakeholders, building credibility and trust.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or equivalent field of study.
  • 12 years Human Resources experience focused on compensation, benefits, and payroll with Bachelor's Degree, or 10 years with Master's Degree.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Compensation and Benefits Managers (CCBM), or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including company provided Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability & Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement program, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
