Are You the Right Fit?

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A relentless passion for excellence and a deep commitment to serving others.
  • Professional experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (e.g., nanny, daycare worker, teacher, camp counselor, paraprofessional).
  • Educational background in relevant fields such as psychology, education, sociology, or social work.
  • Proof of high school diploma or equivalent and must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and good driving record.
  • Availability to work evenings and after school hours, as client sessions typically occur during these times.
  • Willingness to start in a part-time capacity as your caseload develops.
  • Proficiency in using technology for documentation and administrative tasks.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients through laughter, play, and compassion, making learning enjoyable.
  • Contribute to the success and development of our young clients by focusing on their strengths and preferences.
  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans in home and community settings.
  • Collect and record data as specified in treatment plans using our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
  • Support families and caregivers in applying new skills.
