We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement individualized behavior-analytic programs for clients
  • Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform program development and implementation
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers to ensure effective program implementation
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services
