Job Overview

The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, using positive language and a welcoming tone.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently, handling transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, including room assignments and special requests.
  • Provide guests with directions and recommendations on local attractions and amenities.
  • Resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain the front desk area, including restocking supplies and keeping the area clean and organized.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Previous experience in hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A valid driver's license required, if applicable.

Salary Information:
$35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
