Job Title: Front Desk Manager - Overnight Shift

We're looking for an experienced Front Desk Manager to oversee overnight shifts at Cambria Hotel Greenville. This position requires excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement effective customer service strategies
  • Maintain knowledge of property management systems and software applications
  • Communicate departmental goals and expectations to team members
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in hotel operations, guest services, or related management
