- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals and colleagues.
- Willingness to participate in water activities and adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to pass background checks and maintain confidentiality.
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required.
- Flexibility to work in various counties within the Twin Cities metro area, with a focus on providing high-quality support services.
