Job Title: Assistant IHS/ILS Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team at Rightway Home Care Services, Inc. as an Assistant IHS/ILS Coordinator. This role requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with disabled adults and their support teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage 245D paperwork for intakes, meetings, and client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires, focusing on 245D compliance and policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the IHS Coordinator to manage new clients and staffing needs, ensuring seamless support and services.
  • Provide support and assistance to clients and staff as needed, promoting independence and quality of life.
  • Conduct regular file audits to ensure compliance and accuracy, tracking staff hours and client progress.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and supervisors, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to the success of our team and clients.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED required; direct support experience and 245D knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to pass a DHS background study and maintain a valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
Work Environment:
  • Business casual attire and professional appearance required.
  • Minimal respectful use of cell phone during office hours.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required with proof.
Travel Requirements:
  • Travel for intake meetings and to clients' residences as needed.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and insurance, with no major violations.
