Job Description

Native American Community is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at the Red Lake Clinic. The successful candidate will provide administrative services, manage program compliance documentation, and ensure the smooth operation of the IOP program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the IOP program, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
  • Manage program compliance documentation, including tracking and reporting on program metrics and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with the IOP Manager to identify and address program needs, including staff training and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist with the coordination and preparation for major events, including outreach events and strategies with the outreach team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • LADC or UMICAD certification preferred.
  • Proof of current COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Working Conditions:

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: Close vision; Distance vision; Color vision; Peripheral vision; Depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
