As a Sales Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in our operations, overseeing loan origination processes and fostering robust relationships with automotive dealerships.

This role is not confined to a traditional office environment; you will engage directly with clients, making a significant impact in the field.

If you thrive outside the conventional 9-5 framework and enjoy networking with business clients extensively, this position is tailored for you.

This role includes reimbursement for your extensive travel within your assigned territory.

Compensation & Career Advancement:
A competitive starting salary of $55K+ along with a quarterly performance incentive
The first quarter bonus is guaranteed during the training phase
Historically, the average quarterly bonus has been 105% in this region

Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential automotive dealerships in your territory
Act as the primary liaison for dealership accounts, ensuring availability via phone, text, or email during business hours
Inform dealerships about our offerings
Identify and pursue new dealership opportunities, including cold outreach
Regular travel to dealerships within your designated area

Qualifications:
Valid US Driver's License
Dependable Transportation
Demonstrated career stability
Experience with CRM systems
High degree of independence; detail-oriented and task-focused
Exceptional consultative selling abilities
Skills in prospecting, planning, presenting, and closing
Proactive attitude, urgency, and a passion for success
Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities
Ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships, including cold outreach
Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to navigate challenging relationship dynamics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in computer applications (knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
