Position Summary

  • Facilitating the recruitment and onboarding procedures, which encompass disseminating job vacancies, assessing applications, and performing preliminary interviews
  • Organizing employee training and professional development programs
  • Keeping accurate employee documentation and ensuring compliance with all HR regulations
  • Managing employee benefits, including enrollment changes, terminations, and related activities
  • Assisting with payroll processes and ensuring thorough record-keeping
  • Providing support to staff regarding HR-related inquiries and issues
  • Participating in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs
  • Conducting research and analysis on HR trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

  • Preferably possesses a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Able to manage sensitive and confidential information with care
