Job Title: Director of Human Resources

Job Summary:

The Director of Human Resources is a key member of the True Care leadership team, responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in human resources management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources Operations: Oversee the recruitment, selection, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining of staff; plan, monitor, appraise, and review staff job contributions.
  • HRIS Development: Participate in the development and implementation of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Employee Relations: Provide human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyze information and applications.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Employee Development: Support employee development, enhance job satisfaction, design onboarding procedures, and implement HR strategies that support business objectives across departments.
  • Policy Implementation: Guide management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicate and enforce company values.
  • Staff Wellness and Performance Reviews: Manage staff wellness and performance reviews while motivating and supporting current staff.
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Oversee and collaborate with the office recruitment team to enhance overall recruitment processes and candidate experience.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Development and experience in HR management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and practices.
  • Superior judgment and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
