Sunrise Systems is seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Assist with training class scheduling, ensuring proper classroom setup, and creating surveys.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and making travel arrangements.
  • Utilize Excel and Access to manage and analyze data, and create complex presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Develop and maintain databases to track employee information, training records, and other HR-related data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
