Position Overview:

The Intake Case Manager plays a vital role in facilitating the success and support of clients navigating medical treatment and property damage claims. This position serves as a key connection in assisting clients to secure the maximum compensation necessary to overcome difficult circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a comprehensive understanding of the Bodily Injury Claim process while managing a diverse caseload.
  • Identify cases suitable for Full Demand, Quick Demands, and Globals, submitting them to the relevant department.
  • Review and submit potential production cases, qualifying clients for Personal Injury Protection (PIP).
  • Assist clients with property damage resolutions, including loss of use and diminished value claims.
  • Communicate effectively with adjusters and insurance companies to obtain timely coverage information.
  • Follow up on medical treatments, gather medical provider records and bills, and update adjuster information in the system.
  • Maintain thorough documentation in Litify, including the submission of applicable subrogation letters.
  • Ensure consistent communication with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring they receive proper care.
  • Upon attorney review, facilitate case discharges and submit necessary documentation for Attorney Liens.

Compensation: $27.00 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, with flexible hours between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST.

Qualifications:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful and proactive in addressing challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with the public, colleagues, and vendors.
