About This Role

Boldin is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Business Development and Partnerships to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and advance new sales and partnership opportunities.
  • Lead the development and management of strategic partnerships and sales initiatives in financial services, with a focus on wealth management and workplace retirement plans.
  • Work closely with internal teams to build and execute partnership strategies, including Enterprise Success, Consumer, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, adapting strategies to maximize benefits.
  • Represent the company brand, effectively communicate the mission and value propositions of products and services, and gather insights through analytics and feedback to evolve offerings and meet the needs of customers, markets, users, and partners.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business development and partnerships, with a proven track record of negotiating and closing partnership and strategic sales deals.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and develop opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking.
