We are on the lookout for a strategic, data-oriented, and innovative leader in customer acquisition, eager to be part of one of the fastest-growing DTC brands in the industry.

This outstanding opportunity enables you to play a pivotal role in our mission to achieve profitable growth on a global scale, operating in over 190 countries and through diverse sales channels, including our website, mobile app, Amazon, retail, and more. In this position, you will oversee a substantial marketing budget, implement media campaigns across all marketing platforms, lead a team of internal staff and agency partners, and work closely with the company's executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement a holistic growth strategy aimed at enhancing revenue sustainably.
  • Oversee and optimize all dimensions of acquisition advertising expenditure, including budgeting and testing.
  • Lead a team of direct reports and agencies, focusing on media buying, influencer partnerships, and direct response creative.
  • Design and execute paid media campaigns across various marketing channels such as social media, search engines, television, podcasts, and direct mail.
  • Establish a comprehensive marketing measurement framework to enhance media performance.
  • Maintain a robust creative strategy to facilitate efficient scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, finance, and operations.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in customer acquisition and growth marketing.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a history of using data to inform decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in driving profitable revenue through effective growth strategies.
  • In-depth understanding of customer acquisition and retention techniques.
  • Extensive experience in paid media, particularly in direct paid social.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry.
