Gameday Men's Health Cary is a premier destination for men's health services in the Lakewood area. We are a rapidly growing network of men's clinics, providing innovative solutions in testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction, weight management, peptides, vitamins, and PRP.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our dynamic team. As a General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful operation of our clinics, meeting the expectations of our patients, and contributing to the growth of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive brand growth and establish strong community outreach and referral networks.
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to deliver high-quality services and achieve outstanding results.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality services, foster a positive employee and clinic culture, and elevate the overall clinic experience.
  • Manage the P&L of the clinic(s), driving revenue growth through net new patients, controlling costs, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee payroll, generate practice schedules, and front office administration functions.
  • Ensure compliance with medical guidelines, ethics, and laws, including HIPAA guidelines.

Competencies, Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

  • Demonstrated history of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent computer skills in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and preferably experience with Go High Level, Lobbie, Slack, MX Merchant, MedTrainer, and other software systems.
  • Proficient with EHR systems preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bi-lingual is a plus.
  • Time management skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and principles.
  • Understanding of business management, finance, accounting, and human resources.
  • Three years of experience in a similar clinical setting (TRT clinic, MedSpa, Endocrinology/Urology office) is preferred.

Education

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Bachelor's or master's in health administration, accounting, health information management, management, finance, or equivalent.
