Job Title: Enterprise Relationship Manager

As our Enterprise Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our top-tier clients. You will collaborate effectively with internal departments and vendors to deliver exceptional service and drive business results. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients to drive business growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions and services that meet client needs.
  • Anticipate and address client needs, identifying opportunities for new product and service enhancements.
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular client visits and presentations to ensure alignment with client business objectives and strategic plans.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify and analyze trends and issues, taking ownership of resolution or escalation to ensure client satisfaction and revenue retention.
  • Develop and implement client activities and strategic programs in collaboration with sales, training, and operations teams.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to clients and management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of service experience, with 1-2 years of leadership or project management experience.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to provide consultation to C-suite clients.
  • Proactive, results-oriented self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional work ethic and ability to build trust and relationships with clients.
  • Superior presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
