Job Title: Senior Commercial Relationship Manager II

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Relationship Manager II to join our team at First Financial Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow our commercial banking portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our bank's products and services to meet our clients' needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions, using this knowledge to inform our business development strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial banking, with a proven track record of success in business development and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in capital markets and/or middle market space ($75MM+).
  • Experience in structured finance, asset-based lending (ABL), ESOP, and/or leading syndicated transactions.
