Key Responsibilities
  • System Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot system-related problems in a data communications network, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
  • Incident Resolution and Service Request Completion: Perform second-level problem determination, incident resolution, and service request completion, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Interface with end-users and Tier III support elements, providing clear and concise communication and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • System Recovery and Configuration: Coordinate and perform system recovery activities, configure, test, and deploy IT assets, including mobile devices, tokens, laptops, and other equipment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: AA degree in a related discipline and one year of related experience, or high school diploma and two years of related experience.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, switches, routers, ports, etc.), mobile device platforms (iOS, Android, and Blackberry), and Microsoft Windows 10 workstations.
  • Clearance and Security: US citizenship, ability to obtain a secret clearance, and must obtain an interim secret clearance prior to starting work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications.
  • ITIL Foundations: ITIL Foundations certification.
Target Salary Range

$40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
