Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our IT systems at ResolveSoft. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise to bridge the gap between business and technology, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize processes, enhance performance, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify business objectives, gather requirements, and assess process inefficiencies.
  • Develop innovative solutions, including system roadmaps, project plans, and functional and technical requirements.
  • Utilize AI/ML to extract valuable insights from data and inform decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating findings and recommendations.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall organizational performance.
  • Create, document system roadmaps, project plans, evaluate new technologies, capture functional and technical requirements, business processes, enterprise architecture, and data exchange mechanisms for new and existing IT systems and applications.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and governance standards, including security and privacy requirements.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in business analysis driving innovation and delivering strategic solutions within the government sector.
  • Must have Salesforce experience.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Advanced skills in building stories, round map knowledge in Jira, Confluence, Figma, creating/designing wireframes, speaking with stakeholders, working independently, gathering requirements, taking detailed notes.
  • Design creation experience.
  • Excellent executive presentation skills.
  • Expertise in data analysis, including AI/ML techniques and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Demonstrated experience with compliance and governance initiatives.
  • Familiarity with data governance principles and practices.
  • Must be a US citizen.
