Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate the activities of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor customer preferences and feedback to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to sales staff to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement store policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
