Position Overview:

The VIP Stand Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of staff in the premium service area.

In this role, you will manage the setup and breakdown of service stations, ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and adequately stocked with supplies.

Your responsibilities will include ordering replacement items as needed and completing necessary documentation accurately and efficiently. You will also ensure compliance with alcohol service policies and health guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of stand personnel in the VIP area.
  • Participate in the setup and closing procedures, including inventory counts and cleaning tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations.
  • Order stock from runners as required.
  • Ensure adherence to alcohol service policies and health regulations.
  • Possess knowledge of all roles within the service area and be prepared to assist as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members during closing to accurately count inventory and prepare for the next event.

Additional Duties:
  • Familiarity with POS systems, including handling voids and credit card transactions.
  • Input daily event sheets and reports.
  • Work closely with customer service to enhance guest experiences.
  • Conduct inventory checks in assigned locations.
  • Manage scheduling and communicate changes effectively.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
  • Understand the layout of the venue and assigned areas.
  • Deliver exceptional personal service to guests.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Comply with company service standards and inventory procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments.
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling needs, including nights and weekends.
  • Meet local health requirements for food handling and alcohol service.

Qualifications:
  • Two to four years of experience in a fast-paced, upscale dining or catering environment.
  • High School Diploma; some college education preferred.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and navigate the venue efficiently.

Compensation:
$25 per hour

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, reporting any unsafe conditions promptly. Ensure compliance with company-wide safety training and report any incidents in accordance with company protocols.
