Ecommerce Content and Strategy Specialist
Beurer North America is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ecommerce Content and Strategy Specialist to join our mid-sized team in Hollywood, Florida. As an Ecommerce Content and Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that drive online sales growth and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company's vision and target audience
- Manage online stores' presentation and product organization to maximize customer engagement and sales across various e-commerce channels
- Use analytics tools and analyze data to track performance and provide regular reports on sales, inventory levels, and customer trends
- Help to oversee and coordinate fulfillment processes, working closely with the operations and logistics team
- Develop and implement content & strategies that align with the company's vision and target audience
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with the company's style guide and voice across all content deliverables
- Coordinating with Sales / Marketing / Product Management & Regulatory Affairs teams to develop and maintain best-in-class content and creative assets that convert
- Owner of Core Content for Beurer on retail websites
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engine optimization (SEO), incorporating strategic keyword placement to enhance visibility
- Becoming a super-user of tools including: Vendor Central, 1World Sync, Salsify and Syndigo Core Content in order publish to content to Retailer Pages
- Project management ownership: track changes by item, consolidate project plans, managing all details and timings while ensuring completeness and going live on sites
- Proactively monitoring content health, Consumer Q&A / Reviews and competitive landscape, identifying the opportunity for content improvement
- Conduct content audits to evaluate the performance of existing content and update it as necessary to maintain relevance
- Creating optimization plans to increase product ranking and manage through resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2-4 years eCommerce content & strategy or relevant digital experience
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-maker
- Proficiency with Excel and other data analysis tools
- Experience working with product content syndication tools: Salsify, Amazon Vendor Central, Syndigo, 1WorldSync and digital asset management systems
- Experience with ecommerce advertising - Pacvue a plus
- Experience with content management best practices as well as a strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization and keyword strategy
- Exhibited meticulous attention to detail
- Experience pulling, analyzing and visualizing data
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once, strong organizational skills
- Proactive, can operate autonomously, but also collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- CPG Industry, experience in health and wellness is a plus
