Job Description

Psomagen Inc., a leading biotech company in the multi-omics industry, is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to accelerate its growth and commercial effectiveness. As a key member of the commercial sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales funnel and funnel velocity.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Commercial Coordination:

  • Contact potential customers and answer entry-level technical questions, recommending products and services based on customer needs.
  • Take detailed call notes and record feedback, creating next activities in HubSpot CRM.
  • Utilize the CRM database to input and provide information increasing the effectiveness of Regional Sales Managers' sales calls.
  • Qualify and develop leads from various sources, including tradeshow lead follow-up.

Marketing Research:

  • Conduct customer and market research projects.
  • Perform searches and extract data from SciLeads, HubSpot, and other databases.
  • Research and translate accounts' structure and main scope into HubSpot.
  • Identify key opinion and decision makers, mapping related researchers to KOLs/KDMs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication on the phone and video.
  • Database management and high-level Excel skills.
  • Learns about Psomagen's new NGS methods and applications quickly.
  • Works well independently, good time management, and highly organized.
  • Experience with CRM systems (i.e. HubSpot) a plus.
