About the Role

The Sous Chef is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires a strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and execute menus that showcase our culinary expertise.
  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional food quality.
  • Develop and implement systems, methods, and processes that drive great execution and profitability.
  • Contribute to building a positive and inclusive team culture that fosters growth and development.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant.
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service.
  • Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
  • Stable job history that demonstrates upward career progression.
