Administrative Assistant - Executive Support

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support to our CEO and other senior leaders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate office meetings, client workshops, and events
  • Assist with executive preparation for meetings, presentations, and other events
  • Manage confidential information and coordinate with various departments, vendors, and partners
  • Establish best practices to maintain a friendly and productive office environment
  • Manage electronic and physical mail, as well as procure office supplies
  • Perform administrative tasks, including research and data entry
Requirements:
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Self-starter attitude with high expectations for performance
  • Flexible nature with ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Moderate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
