Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support to our CEO and other senior leaders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate office meetings, client workshops, and events
- Assist with executive preparation for meetings, presentations, and other events
- Manage confidential information and coordinate with various departments, vendors, and partners
- Establish best practices to maintain a friendly and productive office environment
- Manage electronic and physical mail, as well as procure office supplies
- Perform administrative tasks, including research and data entry
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Self-starter attitude with high expectations for performance
- Flexible nature with ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Moderate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
