HR Data Coordinator

Wayne Brothers Companies is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Data Administrator to manage Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals and maintain training records.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage DOT physicals for the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate records.
- Track and manage training records for all employees in the Learning Management System (LMS), including new credentials and certifications.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, coordinate employee development programs, and maintain employee records.
- Perform other HR and Learning and Development tasks as assigned.
- Associate's degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Previous HR or Learning and Development experience preferred.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Independent worker.
- This position exists within a professional office environment and requires standard office equipment.
- Occasional visits to customer project site locations may be required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- 10-Hour OSHA Certification required (training provided by Wayne Brothers).
- Sitting for long periods of time.
- Standing occasionally.
- Repetitive hand/wrist motion in typing.
- Command of oral presentations for large and small groups.
- Driving to meetings and job sites.
- Occasional overnight travel.
