Administrative Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Belcan. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments
  • Organize and maintain accurate records and files
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to visitors and clients
  • Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable and administrative support
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
