Job Title: Documentation Specialist III

Location: Remote opportunity with occasional on-site meetings

Period: Full-time contract with potential for extension

Hours/Week: 40 hours with flexibility for overtime

Rate: Competitive hourly rate

Contract Type: W2 only


Scope of Services:

The Documentation Specialist will support the US Transparency Manager in documentation and daily operations of the transparency & reporting process. This role is a hybrid combination of administrative/documentation, data analysis, and serving as a contact point for internal customer questions and day-to-day support.


Role, Responsibilities, and Deliverables:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding the transparency process, providing guidance on day-to-day operations and redirecting complex questions to subject matter experts.
  • Execute data searches and queries from databases, applying analytical skills to understand data relevance and context.
  • Support the review and revision of processes documentation as processes change and evolve, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain relationships with other team members and provide ad-hoc assistance to non-US related projects as needed.
  • Develop expertise in relevant US transparency guidelines, staying up-to-date on regulatory changes and best practices.


Education & Experience:

  • Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Consideration given to those with high school diploma/GED and relevant work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business functions such as compliance, legal, regulatory affairs, governmental affairs, and finance.


Skills:

  • Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory. SharePoint a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL/python highly preferred and special consideration will be given.
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written).
