Responsibilities:

* Gather various pieces of documentation using QMS/DMS systems
* Follow instructions and checklists to ensure accuracy
* Communicate effectively with team members to gather documentation
* Maintain a numerical, alphabetical, chronological, and/or subject filing system
* Prepare, edit, file, and assemble documentation such as reports or technical documents, records, or correspondence

Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience with QMS/DMS systems
* Ability to work independently with instructions and escalate to a manager when necessary
* Previous experience in a pharma or compliance-driven environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
