We are looking for a skilled Tier III IT Engineer to support a significant digital transformation initiative for a Federal agency. In this capacity, you will oversee issue resolution, cybersecurity provisioning, and customer support for Azure, O365, and various Windows applications, services, and workstations. Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, PowerShell, and other application packaging tools is essential. The role involves direct interaction with users, necessitating outstanding customer service abilities.

Eligibility Requirement: Must be a US Citizen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of PowerShell and Intune.
  • Manage and oversee workstations and mobile devices utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
  • Engage in scripting with PowerShell.
  • Package applications for deployment using PowerShell deployment toolkit.
  • Provide technical assistance to end-users.
  • Possess expertise in endpoint Group Policies and GPOs.
  • Conduct system upgrades and maintenance tasks.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Offer guidance and support to colleagues and users.
  • Mentor junior engineers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience/certifications.
  • Experience: A minimum of five years in desktop management.
  • Familiarity with Azure configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting and application packaging.
  • Experience in implementing Group Policies and ADMX templates.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems (Win10+) and Office 365.
  • Providing Tier 1 through Tier 3+ technical support to users.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Adept at explaining complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Due to the nature of the work, only US Citizens are eligible.
  • A successful background investigation is required.

  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize service requests and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Capacity to learn new technologies and troubleshoot intricate issues.
  • Skill in identifying root causes and assessing impacts.
  • Ability to develop procedures and processes to mitigate recurring issues.
  • Capability to identify and evaluate threats to infrastructure, services, and applications, and recommend appropriate mitigations.
