We are in search of a seasoned Tier III IT Engineer to contribute to a significant digital transformation initiative for a Federal agency. In this capacity, you will oversee and facilitate issue resolution, cybersecurity provisioning, and user support for Azure, O365, and various Windows applications, services, and workstations utilizing tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, PowerShell, and other application packaging tools.

This position requires direct interaction with users, necessitating exceptional customer service skills.

Eligibility Requirement: Must be a US Citizen

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of PowerShell and Intune
  • Administer and manage workstations and mobile devices via Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • Engage in scripting using PowerShell
  • Package applications for deployment utilizing PowerShell deployment toolkit
  • Deliver technical support to end-users
  • Exhibit expertise with endpoint Group Policies and GPOs
  • Conduct system upgrades and maintenance tasks
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues and users
  • Mentor junior engineers
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience/certifications
  • Experience: Over five years of experience in desktop management
  • Proficient in Azure configuration, troubleshooting, and support
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting and application packaging
  • Experience with implementing Group Policies and ADMX templates
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems (Win10+) and Office 365
  • Providing Tier 1 through Tier 3+ technical support to users
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Adept at explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Due to the nature of the work, only US Citizens are eligible
  • Successful background investigation is required
