Job Title:

Director, Loyalty

Semaphore leads the way in delivering exceptional experiences to its valued customers. As a result, we are seeking a highly skilled Director of Loyalty to join our team at Seminole Hard Rock Support Services.

Overview:

Our company is committed to driving engagement and loyalty across all customer touchpoints. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing HRX's loyalty program to maximize user retention, engagement, and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a unified customer loyalty program for HRX users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Hard Rock's business lines to ensure a holistic approach to the loyalty plan.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics (e.g., churn rate, LTV) to continuously improve program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in building and managing a loyalty or gamification plan.
  • Proven track record in designing and managing loyalty programs that drive measurable results.

Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
