Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Coastal Debt Resolve. In this role, you will be responsible for managing CRM systems, analyzing customer data, qualifying leads, and ensuring effective communication across customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer data and maintain the Senior Settlement Advisors' databases, including filling with new clients, clearing out unnecessary clients and data, and ensuring that Senior Settlement Advisors are maintaining their databases.
  • Monitor the clients' payment activity by analyzing the payments schedule and communicating with the Retention Specialists to ensure follow up is made to clients that have missed payments and ensure payment schedule is up to date. Monitor payment schedules to ensure the escrow balance is sufficient for the next due date and the payments are current.
  • Partner with retention/customer service, sales, and marketing to ensure clear interdepartmental communication and alignment with Coastal Debt Resolve's strategy.
  • Ensure draft schedules include all pertinent information such as fees and settlement payment. Calculate the amount and number of payments missing to cover the program and ensure a new contract will be created, sent, and signed for the program to meet the requirements.
  • Ensure clients have provided all necessary documentation and it is stored in the CRM.
  • Revises client statuses (Hold, Suspended, Cancelled, PIF, Graduated) and ensures they are accurate and up to date; immediate action should be taken on any issues related to the client's status.

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance through Aflac. Additionally, we offer a competitive hourly rate between $23.00 and $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
