Position Overview:
This is a full-time opportunity for an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in a pediatric-focused outpatient clinic dedicated to serving infants and children up to nine years old.

Work Schedule:
The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling options available.

Team Collaboration:
Our therapists collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, family resource coordinators, and other specialized staff such as registered dietitians and vision and hearing experts.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with experience in treating the birth to three age group, though we are open to considering new graduates who are eager for mentorship. Our experienced team is prepared to provide the necessary supervision and guidance.

Compensation and Benefits:
The position offers a competitive salary based on experience, along with profit-sharing opportunities, vacation and sick leave, coverage for licensing and AOTA dues, a generous continuing education budget, health and dental insurance, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with substantial employer contributions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement occupational therapy programs grounded in evidence-based practices.
2. Engage directly with patients and their families to enhance functional outcomes.
3. Assess the impact of therapy interventions and communicate progress with families and caregivers.
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care services.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- A Master's degree or higher for Occupational Therapists, or an Associate's degree for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants from an accredited institution.
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain a license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington.
- Capability to manage a physical workload.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
