We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a pediatric-focused outpatient practice, specializing in the treatment of infants and children up to nine years old.

This position offers a 40-hour work week with flexible scheduling options.

Our therapists collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, family resource coordinators, and additional specialists such as registered dieticians, vision, and hearing experts.

We welcome applicants with experience in treating the birth to three age group, as well as new graduates who are looking for mentorship opportunities. Our seasoned team of OTs is available to provide guidance and support as needed.

The compensation package is competitive and based on experience, including profit sharing, vacation and sick leave, coverage for licensing and AOTA dues, a generous continuing education budget, medical and dental benefits, paid holidays, and a 401k plan with substantial employer contributions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute occupational therapy programs grounded in evidence-based practices
  • Engage directly with patients and their families to enhance functional outcomes
  • Assess the impact of therapy interventions and relay patient progress to families and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care services
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications:

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • A Master's degree or higher for OT, or an Associate's degree for COTA from an accredited institution
  • Must possess or be eligible to obtain a license to practice as an OT in Washington state
  • Capability to manage a physical workload
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills

$60,000 - $85,000 annually
