Established in 2004, our organization was founded with the mission to support children facing developmental challenges in their growth and to help them achieve their potential. We offer pediatric speech, physical, and occupational therapy services. Our name reflects our belief that every child has the capacity to improve. Currently, we serve children and families across various regions with a team of over 40 qualified therapists and staff. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PEDIATRIC SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP)

As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Achieve Center, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide direct therapy to address various developmental issues, including feeding, language, speech, and autism. You will conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring a focus on quality as you implement the care plan. Working in an environment dedicated to quality and positive outcomes will be immensely rewarding.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR PEDIATRIC SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTS (SLP)
- Master's degree in communication disorders or speech-language pathology
- Current professional license from the relevant state health department (or in the process of obtaining a license)
- Understanding of child development and a strong commitment to making a difference in children's lives
WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time position typically requires 40 hours per week, with the possibility of flexible work arrangements.
