Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated pediatric hospitalist to join our esteemed medical team. This role is based in a vibrant metropolitan area and is ideal for either board-eligible or board-certified pediatricians with fellowship training in hospital medicine. We offer flexible employment options, whether full-time or part-time, along with a favorable shift schedule that allows for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care for pediatric patients ranging from newborns to adolescents.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Participate in the pediatric hospitalist program, working closely with NICU and PICU teams.

Compensation

The annual compensation for this position ranges from $201,054 to $274,834, with potential additional earnings through productivity incentives, call pay, and extra shift bonuses. Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may also be available.

Work Environment

You will be part of a well-established hospital system that includes a diverse team of over 90 pediatric specialists. The facility features a dedicated pediatric emergency department and a range of specialized care units, ensuring that we meet the unique needs of our young patients.
