Position Overview:

Soliant is in search of a dedicated and passionate School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our team. This role is essential in supporting students with communication difficulties and fostering their academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech and language impairments.
  • Develop and execute tailored intervention strategies for students.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic services to individuals facing communication challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to enhance student outcomes.
  • Track and document student progress towards established objectives.
  • Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions and student achievements.
  • Engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing valuable insights on speech and language requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (or anticipated graduation within the current academic year).
  • Completion of clinical fellowship (CFY) or eligibility for CFY.
  • Possession of valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience in an educational environment or relevant practicum experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
