Job Title: Senior Alumnae Manager, North America

WomenLift Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Alumnae Manager to lead the development and implementation of a regional alumnae strategy in North America. The successful candidate will work closely with the Alumnae Program Lead, Cross-Regional and the North America Director to design and deliver a range of virtual and in-person events and activities that support the growth and connection of alumnae in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a regional alumnae strategy that aligns with the cross-regional alumnae strategy.
  • Engage with alumnae to provide input on WomenLift Health's strategy and contribute to societal change.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to transition women from the Leadership Journey to join the alumnae community.
  • Build relationships with alumnae and track their progress, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Provide support to alumnae to sustain progress on their Leadership Projects.
  • Co-design and implement regional and cross-regional events, including in-person and virtual opportunities.
  • Encourage alumnae to engage with their sisters within and across regions.
  • Work with the regional and functional communications team to raise the visibility of alumnae.
  • Support the creation and moderation of cross-regional Communities of Practice.
  • Identify and engage with internal and external partners for alumnae events.
  • Manage and support updating the alumnae database.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree (related field preferred)
  • 9+ years of global public health or gender-equality or social development or human-centric training experience
  • Minimum 3 years of employee supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cohort-based programs
  • Lived or work experience in another WomenLift Health geography
