Lead Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Summit Business Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and mentoring new sales agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Mentor and train new sales agents, helping them develop their skills and achieve their targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and leadership skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
