Position: Claims Management Unit Associate II
This role involves handling both incoming and outgoing communications while directing leads to the suitable parties. Utilizes a computerized system for monitoring and collecting information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages inbound and outbound communications and/or electronic inquiries, directing leads to the appropriate contacts.
- Applies general product knowledge to handle electronic mitigation requests and incoming customer inquiries to generate Claims Management Unit (CMU) leads and allocate them to designated franchises.
- Engages with franchises via phone to relay claim details and process accepted leads.
- Conducts outbound communications to franchisees, insurance representatives, and policyholders regarding mitigation services.
- Addresses disputes related to franchise lead fees.
- Ensures that switchboard communications are effectively routed to the correct corporate personnel.
- Employs a computerized system for tracking and information gathering.
- Completes mitigation requests through contact database software and/or email to create a CMU lead and assign it to the relevant franchise.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience in a call center customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with contact database software (e.g., RESPOND 365, Xactanalysis, Symbility).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
Work Environment:
This position is fully remote.
