About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Process, Controls, Compliance Analyst to join our US Claims Operations team. As a key member of our operations function, you will play a critical role in supporting continuous and process improvement projects and initiatives to drive excellence in our claims processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, govern, and implement policy and process controls to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify business needs and control gaps, and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead future claims system integration efforts by applying LEAN and Agile methodologies.
  • Identify, scope, and prioritize continuous improvement projects that align with the department's strategic plans.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and changes to ensure smooth embedding into business operations.
  • Produce high-quality documentation to required standards.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of costs, benefits, and business impact.
  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders to communicate and influence change.

About the Team:

Our US Claims Operations team is a growing group of professionals with operational and technical experience. We specialize in Business Analysis, Requirement Engineering, Change Management, and Cost Benefit Analysis. Our team is diverse, and you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your ability to adapt your work style to accommodate different stakeholders.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of operational and/or technical experience, with a focus on Compliance, Regulatory, or Controls Experience. You should have a track record of working with senior stakeholders, leading smaller projects, and knowledge of claims processes, operating controls, and operating models.
